Getting Splash Screen AFTER Maps Load

Happening on all my toons.

Lets say I beam down to First City.

First City Loads completely. No "loading" Screen - which really is nice.

Then a Splash screen appears - "Loading First City"

Then the map reloads.

    can confirm this, beaming down to esd gives me another loading screen after I beamed down

    yes happens with any map transition to a map that ive noticed . it will load a map with the Iconian war poster loading screen , to once you load in to use a older loading screen pre s10 for a brief period with no loading time . so basically load the screen then back to the map .

    Another report with this bug. I see going to Star Fleet Academy most often.

    Yeah this happens with every ground map transition for me when I'm beaming from one place to another.

    - There's the loading screen.
    - I can see the start of myself beaming in.
    - Brief 1 second loading screen.

    Waits for devs or support to blame it on our systems.....
