Uneasy Allies still inprogress

I worked out the mission once (yay!). On the same day I spooled up the mission again, but it is not showing up in my mission log. When I travel to the starting system, the prompt to actually begin the mission does not pop.

Because the mission is not in my log I cannot drop it.

How can I play the mission again?

You have to hail it from your mission journal, otherwise you actually won't pick up the mission if you repeat it.
