Surgical Strikes and Enhanced Battle Cloak

Surgical Strikes lost the ability to fire from the Enhanced Battle Cloak at any point a few weeks back, but it is still possible to fire it while cloaked.
When firing a torpedo, you are temporarily taken out of the Enhanced Battle Cloak, during this short gap, Surgical Strikes can fire.
