Game crashing after anny event

Today after the patch the game loads up, I can select a character, then game begin to load and the character appears for a few seconds and then the game client crashes. Everything was working fine less than 24hrs ago....is there a way to reload a patch to try and fix this?

    There hasn't been a patch since Thursday.
    Join date is wrong, I've actually been around since STO Beta.
    True alters don't have a "main". Account wide unlocks for all unique event rewards!!
