Various Issues with Winter Hats and Scarfs for KDF

Bought the winter hat for my Orion male, and can't wear it in any slot. Furtherermore, the hat's description tells me that it is an off duty item. If that is so, that's bad, because I can't wear my winter scarf in an off duty slot.
I hope that is not intended.

    Count me in. Bought the winter hat, and it's not showing in the tailor, and yes, I selected off-duty. Character's a gorn.

    I am having the same problem with my Reman. He can choose the Reman Hood or none option, but can't wear the winter cap.
