Events completed twice?

So due to various RL issues I could only get 13 transporters for the latest MUE. When it comes around again, I'll only have to play it once for the grand prize. Yay.

But can I keep playing the event over 14 other days to get the prize again?

    yes and no, you can complete the event you have slotted then start the new event. Mirror event rewards change every time.

    Actually, you can have 2 mirror/crystalline events slotted at the same time. The last time the Crystalline event was up, I still had the previous event slotted from last year. I got down to one shard and then started the second event. When the bonus marks weekend rolled around during the event, I finished the first (and got bonus marks) and then went on to complete the second event. Got rewards for both.
