Missing Console from Inventory

Where would I report a missing Embassy Console? I purchased another plasma-enhancing science console from the Embassy last week in hopes of aging it to my Romulan ship after the upgrade to T5-U, but the console is no longer in my Inventory, where I left it just last night before the patch today...

    I should have two of the consoles displayed here, but I do not... The one that WAS in my inventory is missing... gone... adios...
