Issue: went to ESD shipyard to purchase a Tier 1 ship (Miranda Class) but the ship does not show up for purchase. I am unable to purchase the Tier 1 vessel with dilithium or otherwise.

As you can see by the link, the only visible Tier 1 ships are the ones from the CStore - but the starter vessel / Miranda Class is no longer visible or offered. The purchase was for RP purposes as I am in a RP community.

I do not know if its technically a BUG, but by using all my free ship tokens which I bypass during my early days of ranking, it opened up all ship purchases at the shipyard.
I consider this report Solved
Culprit: User error
BUT
May still be a bug, just need to be clarified.
