TR-116B UR has Negative TP

As the title says, my TR-116B, transferred from Holodeck, has -64,454 TP, and the first upgrade takes it to MK X.

Is an UR with the [CrtD] Modifier. On my toon SAH if any dev wants to copy it over to debug it.

I've copied it over a few times, has did the exact same thing every time.

It appears to be doing this with all TR-116B, VR or UR for quite a few players.

I had the same bug, it only occurs with items that are already bound to your character though. The newly crafted rifles didn't run into this bug.
