Delta Rep Hangar Pets

ok.. we have Tholian hangar pets and romulan hangar pets. with the delta rep being a coalition and such.. will there be a new Reputation hangar pet.. maybe something intel based since its Delta rep..

doesn't the aquatic hangar pet lay mines in a near constant DPA1

will the Xindi share such massive mine layer tech with the coalition forces?

Orion slavers lay mines as well..

when can we see MOAR mine action

Ferengi interest could be utilized in a mine drone that lays tachyon mines..

even if it is on a semi random DPB2

Why not just give us feds a small gunboat hangar? something between runabout and frigate (since they will never give Feds a Fed frigate hangar), something that will do less damage than hangar, but will tank.
