Nukara rep space gear: Never got the dil discount?

I noticed when rounding out the space gear set collections on one of my toons that the Nukara rep never got the 50% dilithium discount to its space gear costs that the others received a while back. Bug, or oversight?

It's still charging 32,000 dilithium per item for eng/shld/defl. Meanwhile I believe omega rep, for example, only charges 15,000 dilithium.

    Apparently it's not a bug or oversight. Disregard.
