Rich Dlithium Claim Bug at Vlugta Mine

I suit up, click to go straight to the rich dilithium vein, then go to the guy to turn in my claim. After I click once to select submit claim, the next menu window that pops up goes ape TRIBBLE. Super blurry like its going back and forth a million miles per hour.
Happens every time I do the claim, tried it on two seperate toons. Since the last patch.

    I just did it just fine for me, did you try maybe moving the camera around?
