Power Tray Issue Not Fixed

Title says it. In the last patch (June 5th) they were supposed to have resolved the power tray issue. It's not resolved. I'm now seeing it on Captain's that never had it before.

Very embarrassing to warp in to a PvP instance and have to ask for everyone to wait while you reload your power tray. I also, now, have occasions where even the ship equipment shuffles randomly.

Anyone else?

Thanks for the new "shinies", guys, but fixed issues would be MUCH more appreciated at this point. ;)

    Is it happening constantly on the same character? It's possible that it was fixed, which killed the 'old' saved positions and reset it.
