Rep rewards, Not being received.

I am making this post here to see if I am the only person suffering from this issue, as well give a company rep a chance to improve on current failure of the company to deal with a customer.
simple as best I can do is give you a 2 screen proof.
Basically I open a box get a pop up saying I shall receive x item, but no I don't.
e.g Rom beam array, mkxii do not confuse with the already in place mkxi in the lower portion of my inventory.

ok so now I have a screen from the same boxes you note I've opened the dyson box and have the award in the top left. but the udine box gives me a mine launcher.... well tells me it is.

I have ticketed this issue on the 14th of april, to which I got one response. Which quite frankly was a can't bothered go away it's your fault response.
"At this time, items such as these, which are accidentally misplaced, deleted, deconstructed, sold, bound to the wrong character, tossed or accidentally discharged, missing do not qualify for reimbursement or replacement."
Now I have updated the ticket several times since with details of items not being received. I have done this since the 17th, several times with screenshots and details of more rewards not being awarded. However They have all gone unanswered.
Since then I have cancelled my sub, not because I am not getting the items. I am not that petty. It is because I refuse to pay anything to a company that can't be bothered to even be cordial with it's customers.
