Error 103

I have been trying for 2 days now to play STO, and I keep getting error 103. I have been able to play before, and now all of a sudden I can't. I haven't made any hardware or software environment changes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling ARC, but now I can't download STO, I keep getting error 103. HELP

    so nobody has any idea why it would suddenly do this when I was able to play before without a problem?
