New Uni Console: Spacial charges

When launching this weapon I am not seeing any animation or explosions. The 5 or 6 times I have used it I was unable to see if it even fired or if it hit or missed the target. Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me?

    What kind of video settings are you set for? If it's the spiral energy torpedo energy attack that then it seemed to be working
