Borg: "We are the Borg. Lower your Shields..."
Tal Shiar Commander: "Shut up. We are the Tal Shiar. Lower YOUR shields and prepare to be boarded. Your technology will adapt to service us. Resist if you desire. Oh, and tell your Undine friends we'll be seeing them soon. They won't see us."
The Borg are impressive, especially end-game, but they are no where near as scary as the Tal Shiar and their, "Allies."
