Where on earth is my accolade list?

I've been trying to figure out where I can see the accolades I've earned in-game ever since I started almost a week ago, now I'm level 41 and still have no clue.

Oh please help me oh great and wise internet.

    Open your journal and hit the arrow in the top right.

    This is in your 'Hailing Frequencies' menu, but the Tab defaults off the screen to the left (or far right). Simple use the Tab Select arrow to tap left, until...

    Or, assuming you haven't changed the base keybinds, pressing "L" when not in chat should bring up a window where you can move either left/right to find the list :p
    (I've bad memory!)
