Romulan chapter mission
When you find the shielded planetoid and the IRW Sitheh reappears it seems to be stuck at the map edge by default. Normally when you come into 10km range you can start firing, but here you have to literally be almost touching it before you can. At that point he tractors you and fires 3 heavy plasma torpedoes and bang you're dead. If you try to lure him away from the map edge you still can't target him while he can kill you off easily because of that. If you get out of range he returns to the map edge.
There is no way you can kill this ship without some help from friends because of this nasty bug. It is not a placate, but a genuine bug.
