Lethean Assignment Officer?

I want to form a ship full of Letheans. Now if were Gorn or Orion, I would just slowly trade my other officers to the assignment officers at the academy for nice green officers.

Can I do this for the Letheans? Where?

    Fairly sure there isnt,

    the same way there isnt a trill/bolian/deltan/many MANY more federation representatives for cultural exchange :p

    Nope, no NPC for Lethean Officer Exchange.

    Dang it. I was hoping for a one-race ship.

    Any chance letheans get cool clothes at 50? The choices right now are rather blah.

    Actually, there is a Lethean "Cultural Exchange" Assignment. It is a rare (or very rare) mission which can be found in your personal tab. Last time I found it I was in EE. There is also a Sanctuary in Lethea (forgot the actual name) in which you need a refugee with Stubborn and Telepathic traits (I used a ferasan refugee with telepathic traits.
