Weapons clipping through my armour

Hi
I use the Jem Haddar armour and a Phaser Split Beam Rifle.
When the rifle is on my character's back, it clips through the armour.
The same happens when I equip my Jem Hadar Polaron Full Auto Rifle too.
This also occurs with the EVA suits.
