It's possible they don't have the capability to release server exclusive codes, atleast I don't remember seeing any before in the past. The exp, drops, and money multipliers are currently only active on da or were extended for them though, that I have seen server exclusive before.

There was already an announcement for the Jan make up event, unfortunately they announced it part way through the first day of it and it only lasted 2 days total for the 3 holiday event makeups, and the announcement got quickly buried by store announcements so most probably missed it anyways.

There's always the mouse bashing room in Cube, it's room 4. Just leave a character in there overnight on autocult and by morning the pet should be just about fully leveled. may need to set a healing skill too for the pet but not sure if it's needed, been a while since I did it.
