  • Perfect World Entertainment supports transactions through UKash and PayByCash. Google Checkout seems to support pre-paid debit cards, although your mileage may vary with them. PayByCash prepaid cards, and the regions they support, can be found through this page.
  • The Verify button looks like this : It could well be a clipping issue, as Evil_Ice suggests, but I'd at least check for corrupted mesh files, or for drivers that tend to round wildly for mesh location points.
  • Is this a multimedia keyboard?
  • Please make sure you are using an account with Administrative or Normal User permissions, and if you're running Windows Vista, please right-click the desktop shortcut and click Run As Administrator. Can you describe your local firewall software?
  • Please run a Verify from the Launcher. Check any recent firewall or security software installations, and make sure that you (and anyone else on your network) is not downloading massive files. If you are running over wireless, please consider switching to a wired ethernet connection, or at look for any 2.4 ghz interference…

  • Odd mesh issues. Can you run a Verify from the Launcher? Do you know your video card and video driver?
  • See the post here. It may help, although I'm not especially optimistic. The 7750's got a rather odd core multiplier, if I remember correctly. Is it officially supported by your motherboard, and do you have any bios value set off their defaults?
  • Are you using any non-standard mouse themes? Please run a Verify from the Launcher? Is there a C:\Program Files\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\element\cursors folder on your computer, and does it contain a normal.ani file with visible content?
  • Please use the Everest trial edition to discover which video card you have, and download and install the relevant driver from the Video Driver subsection of the Dell Support page. You may also need to download and install East Asian Language support.
  • They should look like the following :
  • Characters are saved to and limited to the server they are created on. Each server represents a separate local 'world' or 'universe', sometimes with entirely different physical rules, like the difference between PvP and PvE servers. There have been requests for a server transfers, but I am unaware of any plans for such a…
  • Please run a Verify from the launcher.
  • My apologies. I have a real job, and we've been working to release a large image viewer with some major memory leaks I've been in the process of tracking down. I've also been unable to replicate your issue, making this more difficult. Are you running any programs such as PeerGuardian, or other security suites that scan…
  • I'd recommend trying one of the official mirrors, such as the Gamer's Hell official mirror. They can be faster sometimes. Another alternative is to download and run a robust, free torrent client like utorrent, then download and open with utorrent the torrent file. To use the four-part downloads, you'd download each of the…
  • If you exit the game with Best Performance enabled, some Best Performance settings may persist after a relog. They can be reset, as you found out, but it's worth being aware of.
  • My guess is that server error indicates that something terminated your connection to the server, that the server got a packet series it didn't like, or that a router somewhere in the middle of the transmission choked on a specific series. It's not especially rare, although most people don't see it in a noticable way. If…
  • Please check your e-mail's spam folder. Providers such as AOL or Comcast are known for spam-flagging a lot of proper e-mail.
  • Please run a Verify from the launcher. If you're running over wireless, please consider switching to a wired connection, or at least clear any 2.4 ghz interference such as cordless phones or microwaves from between your computer and router.
  • Please try this driver update.
  • Signatures are usually only visible in new posts after the signature is added, and on the About Me page of your username page.
  • You can trigger that sort of thing with a bad memory allocation, but the most common issue would be bitwise memory or transmission errors. The former can accidentally cause a buffer overflow (in modern OSes and compilers, mostly in the heap), while the latter ends up with unterminated strings or very Large numbers squished…
  • Wezom, please right-click the zenmap.exe file, and click "Run As Administrator", then use the same command.
  • Not particularly. I assume the problem is persisting... can you send support ticketing a ticket with a reference to this thread?
  • What firewall are you using?
  • Please run a Verify from the Launcher.
  • Please close uTorrent, and shutting off mDNSResponder.exe from the Task Manager's services tab.
  • Please verify that Windows Firewall and any other local firewalls are set to explicitly allow the Elementclient.exe access to the internet. If the issue persists, please download and install nmap. Go to C:\Program Files\Nmap\zenmap\zenmap.exe, double-click that file (in Vista, right-click, run As Administrator), and in the…
  • Should have just been you. Have you made any recent changes to your software installation, such as new security software? Are you running over a wireless connection?
  • Are either of you running an AZERTY or other non-QWERTY keyboard? If so, please use the on-screen virtual keyboard.
  • Please try this graphics driver update.
