Not on roar, but aoe's like Army Crusher do have a (lowish) proc chance. (Tested with R8R poleaxe - it seems to roll a proc chance for each target hit separately). FSP coins work better. UCH coins work even better - gives folk who are done with bloods farming a reason to do UCH. 6 Undercurrent Coins for 1 inkdragon blood -> 2/day farmable that way, at any time of the day. And the instance is rebirth 2 and upwards, no real danger of altarmies going to farm on it.

That would probably be Sarokkan, a boss that appears in Primal Saturdag every week at 10PM server time. Unfortunately, that boss tends to be farmed by the R9+12 crews of various factions since only the squad with the highest amount of damage can pick the drops for that one. Put them up for sale at the NW forges as consumables. 5 NW coins + 265000 coin seems fair enough for inkdragon blood. Since it's mainly used in TW and NW, having the NW forges supply it makes sense to me.

Ohdear. Looks like this thing is supposed to spawn adds at certain hp intervals but... I guess they missed a 0 in the hp thresholds (this boss has 214kk hp instead of the usual 24kk for worldbosses from the look of it). This could be funny until they fix that glitch!
