relentles drift

I got a dusk alt and another dusk told me relentless drift can't be made with any kind of pages nor be gotten from mystical libarian. Is he right? Is fsp the way to get it?

    the relentless drift book can be made by 50 mysterious pages, or 450 tokens of luck. I haven't seen any nightshade books drop in fsp though.
