It was created by someone on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 6:45:04 AM.

So sad, that we can't award real author of mentioned image, since it was created so long ago and he is not participant of this Happy Holidays Event.

It was drawn by an artist pw-jp (I think?) hired. The person who posted it seemed to think no one here would know.
