Is it possible to craft life potions and if so what crafting lvl is required and what NPC is used?

    I dont think it is.

    You can craft samsara wheels though, those actually do something.

    Other than that i would advise the Divine contracts and auto cultivation to get potions.
    Everything i write is from PvE perspective unless mentioned otherwise.
