Where is a good place to harvest lots of herbs

I am planning on making myself a bunch of healing potions so when the ones I hve now run out I'll have more. From the looks of it, it takes a lot of herbs to make a few potions...

    What level herbs?

    This is a good interactive map for resources. It's outdated since it doesn't include Tideborn or Earthguard lands, or Lothranis and Momaganon.
