arc issues

ok i have big issues w arc the last time i downloaded it it crashed my computer the techs told me that the last download ie your arc crashed my computer i run webroot i run defrag every 3 days as welll. i cant afford to replace my computer again so unless pwi is going to garuntee that it wont crash my computer and i dont see why we shld be forced to use something that will crash peoples computers..
