NW tokens

hi, i just participated in the last nation war, and it said at the end that i won 74 tokens.

when i looked in my mailbox, the message had been recieved, but there were no tokens in the item slot.

is this a common occurance or have i been the victum of a glitch. please post below, and ty for your non-trolly responces.
