    You can zhen using herb yuanxiao, since your level is over 75. Your mana pool is way low to zhen with charm.

    Yep.

    You will want to get the level 69 cape and shard it with maximum level turquoise. (I think it's turquoise, the one that raises mana.) Then you will be able to do it with a charm, and a few herbs/pots.

    Get a 3-4 socket cap and shard it with turquoise also and you'll be able to just float on a charm. (Always max level shard for gear.)
