So, as the title says, who (if anyone) has Nirvana weapons? I just wanna see what statuses you got, so please include a screenshot too b:pleased
100% F2P player. Started PW: March 2007, Quit PW: March 2011.

    That's why I asked. I haven't seen a "complete" Nirvana weapon yet in the game, and I doubt there will be one for a long time.

    Vernomtress used a Sinrabansho to make that glaive.

    I know swordman got his Nirvana fists, but I haven't seen it in person yet. Whenever I see him he's still wearing his TT100 fists.

    Is it big difference in +12 nirvana and +12 Rank 8 weapon? Or +10
    Does have any1 picture? I would like to see compared some magic weapons rank 8 and nirvana. How big is damage difference. Pls post some1 pictures.b:thanks

    Generally, base damage wise +12 nirvana will do more damage then +12 R8.

    +12 R8 glaive: 2052-2573
    +12 nirvana glaive: 2113-2644

    This gap can increase if the nirvana gets +atk bonuses after quenching.

    Okay, this is slightly off-topic, but still on-topic enough that there's no need for a new thread. But, we've seen the difference between an Rank 8 and a Nirvana weapon at +12, I don't suppose anybody has the math to compare a Nirvana weapon (say, the magic sword) and the Warsoul magic sword at +12?

    Just the base damage, with warsoul +50 atk level:

    +12 R8 magic sword : 2187-2456
    +12 nirvana ms: 2246-2512
    +12 warsoul ms (if attacking someone with 0 def lvl): 3530-3938

    But mysto caster is not a good warsoul weapon... the warsoul glaive however:

    vs 0 def lvl: 3702-4521

    Of course Warsoul would be stronger.
    They were the Ultimate Weapon which the strongest.
    But with a price . . i heard some people almost reaching 75% for a complete Warsoul.

    Are your numbers correct? I just considering to go with rank 8(cheaper) or go for nirvana armor and weapon.
    Also rank 8 weapon has always 2 sockets. Which can supply damage missed. Because difference isn't so high.

    Check them yourself if you doubt them; plenty of pics posted of both nirvana and R8 weapons in the past few days.

    As said, those numbers are base magic attack only, not including their bonuses (except 50 atk level for warsoul).

    Nirvana can roll 2 attack bonuses: +100 magic attack and +130 max magic attack (also +atk level but thats minor).

    Well you can work it out with different refines too. The refines on PWD seem to be correct if you look at these pictures.

    The problem is, that I cannot find picture of nirvana magic sword +10. We cannot compare different weapons. I need to see picture of Rank8 sword +10(we have it) and nirvana sword +10(we don't have it.)b:surrender

    Besides, isn't the Mystocaster better for a veno? Since they use Fox Form and sometimes get into the thick of the melee.

    Well we know that refines are the same for each magic weapon - regardless of type; it only depends on grade, and we know the base magic attack of the nirvana G15 MS (its on the forge).

    So yes, base damage for +12 nirvana ms: 2246-2512 is correct.

    Its a warsoul; it won't look really bad. And it really doesn't matter how it looks if you can simply 1 shot anyone who says its ugly.

    No, the reduce phys % damage is a worthless stat on its own. It may be more useful if many of your items have it, but as a veno I doubt you will. The -chan bonus on the butterfly is far better for a caster, not to mention its damage is on another level from mysto caster.

    Ok. Ty. I will trust you. So I will go with R8. It take looong time but it's cheaper. Now I have to find armor and refines. Both nirvana and rank 8.b:chuckle We have nirvana +10 but not refined armor R8.b:angry

    So there are a few out there with a Nirvana weapon. I've been trying to find an answer to this for a couple of days. Maybe one of you know.

    Recasting a weapon made by someones (another person's name on it), will it replace that name with your own name after you recast it?

    Maybe. But its phys dmg is also greater, which is what Fox Form uses. Right? I mean, I'd agree if I were just a caster, but I also use my Fox Form plenty.

    For a pure melee fox, yes.

    I'm not sure why any veno would be a pure melee fox though, let alone one with a warsoul.
