Assassin build question

I heard that the best build is every lvl 4 dex and 1 str is that true?
I wanna be stronger in pvp after all.. so what is the best build?

    That lets you ear light armour and packs the maximum dex for your dagger use and critical hits.

    Is it the BEST? Well, probably. Putting a point here and there into vit might help you survive better, which might be nice for you - you have to balance that against the loss of attack.

    Options
    1 Vit, 1 Str and 3 Dex a level.

    Kinda like the Barb Build.
