Problems entering AEU - please help

Ok so my alt and a friend of mine have the same identical issue when trying to enter AEU. We can't enter it lol. So we both have done the morai quest lines, both have entered AEU previously as we both have at least one jade dragon order in our inventory/bag, and both of our mains can enter yet our alts can not. When we go to the light to enter it in morai, it won't let us enter. We are also both rb2 101+. I have submitted a ticket but was told to search the forums but instead I am asking fellow players for help as I am not finding the answers myself. Thank you and much appreciated.

    Double check that you have done the quest line to enter AEU - you can get the Jade Dragon Orders from picking up BHs even if you're not qualified to enter AEU. There's some instructions for the quest line on this wiki page here: https://pwi.gamepedia.com/A_Tiny_Fib

    The only other thing I can think of is to make sure your quest logs aren't full.
