unique reward items missing?

- Description: i am a returner player that stoped playing more than 3 years ago, but when i come back my lv80 character only could claim his lv80 reward while my lv25 character could claim all of his rewards since lv1

Unique Rewards have a minimum and maximum level requirement. Many of the level up rewards cut off at level 60, so your level 80 character won't be able to get those rewards unfortunately.

xD tyvm, asked on a ticket but they sent me to ask here, another thing, if i reborn my character will i get those rewards until lv79? since i never received them before?

Yeah usually support will send you to the forums since I don't think they're too knowledgeable of how the game works.

Sadly you won't be able to get the rewards if you reawaken even if you didn't get them before.
