Legacy/ 1.3.6 Server?

In light of WoW launching it's legacy server, would something like that work with PWI? making 1 server that takes it back to before tideborn class, not going to call any names or sites but there has been an upsurge in certain servers that are running 1.3.6 PWI version.

    i know nice 1.3.6 server x1 and stuff but its russian and not official haha
    idk maybe there is an official oldschool version
