The skill is supposed to be a top tier one since reaching Celestial Sage/Demon is a pain in the **** and I believe that skill needs to be revamped. You officially lose your bloodpaint buff after 20 secs after casting it. When I get purged, that skill is great to keep me alive but casting BP again after 20 secs is just a pain and buys time to your opponents to kill you.

    According to the next expansion this issue is addressed as not losing your BP after casting this
