Farming oils

So I have looked at the data base sight and it tells you mind that drop whichever oil you need. In my case it is compound oil right now to reach lvl 5 and 6 tailor so I can upgrade my armor from tt99 to g15. My question to anyone if the site accurate that the best mobs to farm are level 63ish and only have a 7% drop rate?

Yes, that is correct. The item information window is just the page from the PWI Database embedded in an iFrame.
