PWI Maintenance Discussion 8/4/15 COMPLETE

Hi all,

Due to the server merge, this week's maintenance will be significantly extended. The servers will be going down Tuesday evening at 6pm PDT. We expect them to be back up by 4am, but if things take longer than anticipated they might not be back up until much later. We will make sure to keep you updated in the event maintenance runs late.

There are no patch changes beyond updating the server list.

Maintenance question: What is your favorite science fiction series? Be it books, movies, or otherwise.

    my favorite science fiction series are "GMs they do exist" published by PWE
    a runner up is "Soon [tm]"

    personally glad that its starting early, but doesn't that interfere with in game events? (bonus points for you if you can name the tuesday night in game event!)

    What happens with a toon which get's deleted during maintenance?

    I have toons with same name on Sanctuary and Lost City.
    I deleted the one on Sanctuary because I don't want the "LC" suffix on my toon in the future.

    What will happen when it gets deleted during maintenance?
    Will I still get the suffix? Will a toon in "deleting-process" still count?
    A free Idenitiy stone would be nice - on both toons...

    I'm quite certain none of my favorite series fall in the science fiction genre, so, there's a question I can't answer.

    Any word on when you are handing out the July token raffle stuff? I'm only getting dragon shocker packs, but this total lack of acknowledgement that such an event ever existed it getting tired

    I wonder what will happens if after the merges you fail to bring over one of them and then pretend it never existed lol

    Contingency plan if the merger initially doesn't go well.....I will hop in my new car and go on a road trip and give the merger a few days while I enjoy the outside world and let the whiners complain and ask for "kompannsashun."

    As for Science Fiction series Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis and for campy fun, Eureka.

    PS its LOSE not LOOSE. Make sure you use correct spelling on your cardboard sign.

    he sounds like someone who got banned n wants everyone else to feel the 'pain' he currently feels lol. That or he hasnt taken his meds lately.

    So no free name change stones to people that will have new initials mudding up there name? You initiate unwanted changes on some character names and not all and people just have to deal with it? Great customer service.
