    Obviously it's hard to compare G16+3 with R9.3+12 because he gap is too huge. And anyway I consider you're not supposed to play the same way depending on your gears and the context. But for example there are people R9.3+10 that are harder to fight with than some other guys (same class) R9.3+12.
