    Joke's on you buddy. Been there, done that.

    But show me where in PWI rules it says that members must be paid for TW. That's right, there's nothing that says that.

    To address your other complaint, let me draw a parallel: UN and NATO are a thing. Now go do some history research. You'll find the real world is no different.
