Can I still enter Lycaeum after reawakening?

I'm trying to decide whether I should hold off on reawakening until I finish with my Pet mood selection. Will I still be able to enter Lycaeum to earn feral stars after I reawaken or do I need to level up again to level 100 before I can enter?

Also, I just evolved my pet today and noticed my 2 mood skills for hopeful are level 4 while the skills listed in the mood list for hopeful are level 8. Are the levels you get random?

    Unfortunately, if you Reawaken you will have to get back to level 100 in order to enter the Lycaeum again.

    Moods are indeed random and so are their levels. The only way to level up your pet's mood skills is to... keep re-rolling in hopes that you get the same mood with higher levels. Because of this, I would recommend Reawakening first to get that out of the way. Getting your desired mood may take a long while. I'm still not done with some of my pets... I'm still re-rolling them.
