Hey all,

With the holidays right around the corner, I thought it'd be fun to see what you guys can create using some in-game screenshots and a little bit of Photoshop (insert any design program you like). All you need to do is take a screenshot of your favorite area, and turkey-fy it! You can put in your characters if you wish, but I'll be judging these based on creativeness and how much they fit the theme of turkey day.

Contest starts today 11/17/14 and ends 11/30/14

Rules

- You're only allowed 1 entry, but you can choose to edit/re-upload your image before the contest ends, just don't create multiple posts.

- Must be related to the theme of Turkey Day!

- Use any photo manipulation program you wish, from Photoshop to Paint.

- Upload your image to a image sharing site such as imgur.com, and post the link in this thread.

- In your image, be sure to include your character name and server!

- No copyrighted Images. Images must be your own.

Prizes

I (with the help of mods of course) will pick the Top 3 based on how creative and how well those images stick to the theme of Turkey Day.

All 3 Winners will get 50 gold, War Avatar Pack: A, and a Demon/Sage Card

    This is an example to demonstrate the theme. That said, use your own images, not copyrighted ones.

    What about non american players that do not have thanksgiving in our culture? b:sad

    Edit: It's Perfect World International, not Perfect World American... Before some1 says it's an american company.

    ... How does not celebrating the day keep you from being able to modify an image to fit the day's theme?

    It's not like the reward is restricted to only players in the Continental US.

    I'd rather see images created by the person, hence the creativity part. My example is not the greatest, but it's just to show what you should be aiming for, theme wise. (I did that super quick so ya, probably not the best example)

    That said, I'll add that to the rules.

    Seriously?

    You don't have to celebrate Thanksgiving to participate in this contest. Heck, he didn't even say Thanksgiving, he said Turkey Day... which is not a holiday ANYWHERE as far as I know.

    I just don't understand complaints like this. It is a contest about putting a turkey into a PWI photo. Everyone is allowed to enter, and anyone can win. You don't even have to know what Thanksgiving is to do this contest.

    I hope it fits the theme (we don't have thanksgiving in our country so I don't know how it feels). I was improvising.
    I created the turkey and table using paint. Quotes and texts are added using Word.

    If my main is not on the same account as my forum character, do I need to post from that account or can I post from this one?

    EDIT: Here's my submission http://imgur.com/D3XwGDV I don't celebrate Thanksgiving, but hopefully it fits the bill. My main is on a different account (as stated in the question) so hopefully that won't matter

    Main account doesn't matter, just put the character name on the image you would like the prize sent to, should you win. Hopefully that clears it up!
