unable to learn Primal World Furious Ocean skill

I am unable to learn Primal World Furious Ocean on my psychic char RamJoT.
I get message about prerequisite skill level.
It looks to me, from this and other unable to learn situations, that I have not learned Aware of the Myriad skill.
I do not know how this happened as I thought I had been through all the quests in order to gain Celestial Sage level.
Ticket was raised and copy of original entry put in quality corner as requested by customer support.

Anyone any hints on what I may have missed for me to learn this skill.

    You need to have learned both sage Aqua Cannon and sage Torrent as prerequisites before you can learn that skill. Do you have both of those at sage? If not, you don't meet the prerequisites for Furious Ocean.

    Also, did you try re-logging?

    I hear people having trouble learning skills once in a while despite having all the prerequisites. Re-logging solved the problem most of the time.

    Have sage Aqua Cannon but not sage Torrent.
    Sage Torrent skill will also require me to have learned aware of the myriad so although I will look to get the skill book I don't hold up much hope.

    Looks like it cant be crafted from pages so can anyone tell me where I can get the skill book for sage Torrent.

    Token packs from boutique agent or buy from another player.

    Thank you for the hint on getting the sage torrent skill book.

    So am now getting loads of tokens and hoping for some luck in getting the correct skill book from the random choice.

    There is nothing wrong with your culti level, the primal skill requires 2 pre-requisite skills both either sage/demon depending on whether you are sage or demon. I believe the 2 skills are Aqua Cannon and Torrent

    I got the book and upgraded torrent to sage and now have furious ocean skill.
    I also found the forum page that has the prerequisites so wont have to ask here again.

    Thank you for that.
    I had not done the sage torrent upgrade.
    Done it now so must have aware of the myriad culture.
    Have also got the furious ocean now.
    I just wish the skill tree had been updated to reflect the changes in add on skills so I would not have got stuck.
    I did find the forum page for the new horizon expansion skills so have the information so no more requests for help for this part of the grind.
