non-existent cleric skill?

skillbook forges in thousand streams list a cleric skill called "Celestial Guardian". This skill does not show on cleric skilltree, and when researched in PWI database it says it only drops from a boss named "Snaj, Golden Dodonix" in a cave called "Hall of Blasphemy" which no longer exists in-game. So, is this skill available? Since it doesn't appear on cleric skilltree, if I get the book from 1k forges will I be able to learn it? Or is there even a chance I would get it?

Is someone actually at the controls on this game, or do you just let random people put stuff in and take it out?

    It's the third single target buff aka HP/MP buff.

    the hall is nivarna and is still in the game, not sure if the boss was ever in the game.
