Hey guys, I'm at work right now, and was just thinking..

I'm an aps assassin;

r8 top, ashuras boots+bracers, lunar cape, shadow ashura pants, and G16 -.05 int daggers.

Well my daggers are clean, and I'm thinking of refining them today.

What refine level will I REALLY start noticing a difference?
