Make Server transfer possible

No, this is not going away. It's been 5 years since PWI came. Respect all of your god damn community! Or just lock your ****ing piece of **** game to only NA users. Like you do to all asian users. You already have a P2W shop so something like this wold be the least of your troubles.
Are there any Cons?
No. If you play your cards right there is no problem. The Character information just gets transfer from one server to the other with ease.
Any pros?
Yes! For once you will finally make your EU customers happy. actually not just your EU customer, everyone. Many have friends on different servers that want join up!
You get money! Yes those services can cost money! Wold be the least harmless thing in your shop. And here its no where near the Reputation badges or Veno elite pets PTW and platinum hp/mp services you offer.

How can it be done to not be a issue?
For once it's a payed service so already people have to dig in their pockets.
Add timers! A transfer can be just be account bound, meaning only one character from our acc can transfer once ever 24,48 h or 3,4,5,6,7 days!
New Server coming? Add a restriction timer! you can not transfer to the new sv with a character over lvl 50 or a char in general for 30 days(plenty of time for many to get at mid level!)

Was this thing done in other successful and popular ql mmos like yours?
YES! As i have tried to state up!
