What are the implecations a Gear **** might have?

Supposing there is a way to edit certain files that have to do with gears?

supposing this is already the case? Supposing some people have found a way to change gear stats? It would just take two pieces actually, one piece of armor, and weapon. Ever see someone with end game gear fully refined, fully sharded but they have a weapon and one piece of armor that is significantly lower than the rest?

As far as DDs go Normally most go for the weapon right after the ring, yet curiosuly enough I see R9 3rd cast but have a TT99 eapon equiped.

Do you have End game gear, fight others with endgame gear and its a pretty even match, yet go against another and you cant dent them at all? Get one shotted?

What if you found out there is a website that takes you step by step on how to edit a file to change your gear, heard its posted on some Factions website?

What if you submiotted a ticket to PWI asking them to look into it and nothing is done?

What if you googled gear **** and found this theoritacl website insdie of Two minutes?

I would like to hear everyones thoughts on this "theorY"
