S1 to S2 Helm

I'm sure it's been asked a million times. I swear that I read it's free to transfer refines and shards from s1 to s2 on nirvi now. Does that go for the helms too, and is it free for socket trasfer also? Or is it still a cost to transfer refines, shards and sockets?

Put it this way. I have a 1st cast Nirvi helm, with 4 Primevals +10 that I want to 2nd cast.

If I remember correctly it costs chienkun stones to transfer shards and refines for s1 to s2 nirvana. Its r9 that's free.
