Question about rerolling gear.

You know at forges like the warsong forges when you can reroll your gear in hope for higher stats/sockets? when you do that, if it has someone else's name on it for the made by part, does it then get your name on it?

    When you reroll gear it's as if you made it from scratch. Whoever rerolls it gets their name on it.
